The Psyops skin for League of Legends was teased earlier this week with the Operation: Songbird video. This teaser showcased potential new skins for Sona, Shen, Ezreal, Master Yi, and Vi. The Psyops set will be deployed with patch 10.08, which goes live on September 2.
Along with the rescue team was a response unit made up of code names for Pyke, Zed, Kayle, and the new champion, Samira. By joining them, we can expect a new skin for Viktor. These skins are not confirmed as part of the Psyops set.
According to the teaser, this team is fighting against Team Psyops, so there is a possibility that they will be introduced to the game once Samira is released. While Samira had just been teased on August 29, Riot could take some time with this champion and push her, along with the second set Psyops, to be released later in September.
