There are four new Galar exclusive Pokémon dino, and to get them you'll need a little luck and a lot of research. Each Pokémon recipe has a recipe that you must recreate: there are four types of fossils. By combining the fossils in different ways, you can unlock each of the four ancient Pokémon. Learn all about them below.

How To Get An Ancient Pokémon | Guide to fossil restoration
The Fossil Restoration NPC can be found on Route 6. When you reach the two ladders, go up the left ladder. At the top, look to the left of the camper to find Dr. Cara Liss.
To get a special Pokemon dino, you need to give Cara Liss different combinations of fossils. There are four ancient Pokémon that you can restore from fossils.
It is possible to earn one of these fossils with the Digging duo located to the right of the Pokemon Nursery on Bridge Field, in the wild. Pay them 500 Watts for a chance to find one of the four types of fossils.
You can also find random fossils while exploring the wilderness.
- Fossilized bird: Found in nature (Dusty Bowl) and Stow-on-Side.
- Dino Fossilized: Found in nature (Dusty Bowl).
- Fossilized drake: Found in nature (Dusty Bowl) and Stow-on-Side.
- Fossilized fish: Found in the wild (Dusty Bowl) and Route 6.
Combine the fossils and you'll be guaranteed to unlock every type of ancient Galarian Pokémon. They're all awesome - the only problem is finding the fossils. I recommend saving your watts and spending them on the Digging duo. Make sure you only pay for the Brother Digging voucher - he's more likely to get you a lot more.
