Fortress village

This seed starts right next to an abandoned village, which in itself wouldn't be anything special, but this abandoned village has a little something hidden underneath. There is a ravine that cuts through the village and the bottom of this ravine contains an entrance to a fortress. There's also a normal village right across from the nearby Plains Biome, which means you'll also have access to plenty of crops and a bed to get you started.
Mushroom peninsula
Seed: 992826707
This seed spawns you directly in a Mushroom Biome. If you'd rather build your base in a more ordinary location, then luckily there's a forest biome and a plains biome a few blocks away. Plus, if you want to test your might, there's an underwater monument just off the coast, filled with rare materials like sponges and the prismarine. However, just watch out for the guards.
Mountain village with keep
Seed: -1231267014
This seed spawns you a stone's throw from a village nestled in the mountains. Go through the forest to reach it. The village farm actually cuts through the mountain, which is a cool aesthetic touch that makes it unique. Also, if you venture into the cave near the village, you will find a dungeon with a spider spawner if you go deep enough. It's a great seed that gives you just about anything you want for a permanent place to settle near the egg-laying.
Survival Islands

It's just you, the sea, and a few trees with that seed. You'll spawn on a relatively large island with a small forest that should provide enough wood to build shelter. The rest is up to you. There are a few other islands nearby, but while the archipelago's way of life ages, the mainland is only a short walk away. There is a coastal village on the mainland if you also want to trade.
Two villages with looters outpost
Seed: 572779209
This seed has a village just as it spawns with a pillager outpost looming above. If you've never raid in Minecraft, this is a really easy way to do it. All you have to do is shoot down the captain of the outpost, then enter the village. Fortunately, there is a second village just across the savannah in case the raid goes terribly wrong.
Massive bamboo forest with pandas
Seed: 1959330209
Pandas can be hard to find in Minecraft at times, but this seed just has them when they are born. There is a giant bamboo forest bordering a jungle biome, which means pandas can be found quite easily. There isn't a predetermined location where they spawn, but you probably won't be able to walk for more than a few seconds before encountering one.
Huge village with ravine
Seed: 1935762385
Right next to the spawn you'll find a giant village, complete with a blacksmith who has decent materials to get you started. Once you are geared up, you can explore the ravine which is just outside of town. The opening is very thin, but it is deep. There's also a second village right across from the Plains biome, and the Plains biome itself has tons of flat spaces that are great for building a house.
Exposed fortress and easy diamonds

This seed has it all. You spawn right next to a village and the village is crossed by a ravine. This ravine not only has a fortress exposed in the center of it, but also easy diamonds at the bottom. If you explore the desert biome that borders the village you will come across a desert village, and if you go even further you will find yet another village with a looter outpost a few blocks away. Finding easy diamonds in Minecraft is rare, making it a popular seed to start with.
Desert pyramid

This seed spawns you next to a desert pyramid, filled with rare items to help you get started in your new Minecraft world. Enter, brave the traps and exit with an assortment of diamonds, gold and other precious materials.
Zombie village

If you're looking for something that's more Resident Evil than Minecraft, then this is the seed for you. You'll spawn right in the middle of a zombie village, and even if you manage to escape, there's another village teeming with undead just across the plains.
Fortress of the village well

This bustling village holds a well-kept secret. Directly under the farms, roads and houses of this unpretentious city is an underground fortress, which you can access by digging directly into the village well. The village isn't quite to the point of spawning, so you'll have to walk a bit to find it. Don't worry, we've included contact details to help you get there.
Plundered village

Just like the last village on this list, you won't find any villagers here. There are only zombie villagers left, but you can probably guess what happened to the people given that there is a pillager outpost right next to it. Much like the last village on this list, this one is also home to a dark secret. There's a cave that goes under the tree in the center of the village, and you'll find a dungeon with a monster spawner just a little further down.
Spawner de surface
Seed: 1915631036
This seed spawns you just across the river from a huge badland biome. If you make your way through the badlands you'll come across an exposed mob spawner on the surface. This is not all either. There is also a ravine next to the spawner that houses a dungeon with yet another spawner inside.
Wooded manor house with village
Seed: 1208416085
Located a short distance from the ponte, this village has a forest mansion just outside of it, making the mansion appear to be part of the village itself. To get there, look for the pillager outpost when you spawn. Pass it and you should meet the village in no time. Woodland Mansions can contain rare items and materials, so head there once you've got some basic gear and see what you can find.
Abandoned mine next to the village

Like most of the other seeds on this list, this one has a village right at spawning time, but what separates this seed from the rest is an exposed mine shaft nearby. If you head to the desert biome a few blocks from the village, you'll come across a ravine with several waterfalls, lava pits, and an abandoned mine shaft running through it. The mine shaft even has a few chests dotted with rare items and materials, which is definitely worth a visit in the depths.
