To paraphrase the saying, a few questions are enough for a good connoisseur. I've known Nacho Niharra for nearly thirty years, when he ran the then little Apple, back in the days of the Performas, PowerMacs and 17-inch PowerBooks.
I've seen it in product presentations, operating systems and trade shows (ah, the times of the SIMO…). We collaborated on the GRIMM Project, of which I am still a big fan, even if it is already extinct today, and on CampusMac, our attempt to create a maqueros match that combined training and fun (in those days we made indelible friendships).
Of course, at that time for me he was just the leading figure of Apple, and only time gave me a perspective on the number of fronts I had opened and on how difficult it must be to face everything while always maintaining the forms.
Over the years, the deal has allowed me to get to know the man better, and that is why, almost three decades later, we continue to be in touch, now with the margin to speak frankly and naively about what we have lived and suffered. .
We hope you like it and like it, and if you have any other questions or suggestions, leave us a comment to arrange new interviews!
Thanks Nacho for your time and generosity.
