All references in Borderlands 3 go through a quest or you run to find this one, obscure poster hidden in the middle of a wave of enemies. Some of them are lying around the world, ready to be discovered. There's an Easter Egg that you're going to find later in Borderlands 3 that doesn't require you to think too much, but it's a fun little nod, whatever.

You will find these two points halfway through the game. You will find the contract related to this reference in Jakob's Estate, on Eden-6. Fortunately, you will see a direct path to this referral as they are outside of the list of people sought by Zer0. You search for the name "Target of Opportunity" on Eden-6. You have to eliminate Heckle and Hyde.
They're in a cave, pinched in the smallest section of the map, west of the Crimson Radio Tower. Once there, you'll find a few minions to kill, which shouldn't take you a long time. When you enter the cave, Heckle will descend rock formations. It's going to look weird, with a massive horn across the front of its face. Take care of it and clear the area. When you damage him to a certain point his arms will grow larger and you will watch Heckle become Hyde. To get a full view of the reference, be careful not to kill the creature instantly. You want to give it time to transform before you do. It doesn't spoil the quest, but you are going to be enjoying the Easter Egg to the fullest this way.
Not only will you tick off an Easter Egg for your private projects, but you'll also take out a target for Zer0, which he always enjoys. When you finish in the area, be sure to check your mail to get your Zer0 quest gun reward. You will also receive experience points and money to take cover.
