The initial unlocking of Nathria Castle will begin on December 8 at 7 a.m.
Castle Nathria in World of Warcraft Shadowlands will open on December 8 at 7 a.m. PST, but only the Normal and Heroic versions of the raid will be available. You'll need to be at least item level 170 to access the Looking for Raid version, so those looking to clear Normal should be working on acquiring their Mythic 0 gear.
Keep in mind that there is scheduled maintenance from 6:00 a.m. PST to 14:00 p.m. PST (if you're reading this on or before December 8). So even though the raid can be started at 7:00 a.m., you won't be able to log in. Granted, Blizzard likes to over-schedule these maintenances just in case, so there's always a chance for servers to come back before 14pm PST.
Raiders in search of Raid and Mythic will have to wait a week until December 15 for their respective versions of Castle Nathria to unlock in World of Warcraft Shadowlands, although Looking for Raid fans should keep in mind that their deployment will run through January. Like previous expansions, Looking for Raid will feature one “wing” per week until all bosses become available. A full list of Nathria Castle unlock dates is listed below, as confirmed by Blizzard.
- December 8 - Normal and Heroic Difficulties
- December 15 - Aile 1 de Mythic and Raid Finder (Huntsman Altimor, Hungering Destroyer, Lady Inerva Darkvein)
- January 5 - Raid Finder Wing 2 (Sun King's Salvation, Xy'mox Artificer, Blood Council)
- January 19 - Raid Finder Wing 3 (Shriekwing, Sludgefist, Generals of the Stone Legion)
- February 2 - Raid Finder Wing 4 (Sire Denathrius)
