Monica first appeared in Amazing Fantasy vol. 2 # 7. She is a biochemist and a genius who will eventually join a number of terrorist organizations. This is due to his realization that Western civilization is failing politically and ecologically. Upon joining AIM, she quickly rose through the ranks thanks to her expertise in creating toxins. She even went on to implant several children, including her own daughter, with antibodies that forced them to ignore AIM Agents Waker. At the age of 16, the children were on their way to AIM biohaven, ready and willing to serve the organization.
His only power is his mind, but there is nothing for him to lose. His knowledge of organic toxins has allowed him to create a terrifying amount of danger to the Marvel Universe.
