One of the classic Resident Evil tropes is the traditional "earn items to find colored rocks" puzzle. Resident Mal 3's remake continues that tradition in the form of the Kite Bros. Memorial, a seemingly harmless inaugural piece that you come across right after exiting the metro for the first time (right next to the game's first box).
To get all the gifts, you need to find three colored gems: one red, one blue, and one green. All three are inside a "fancy box" which must be examined and opened to reveal the gems inside.
Red Jewel location
The Red Jewel is located inside the safe room at Moon's Donut Shop. As the easiest and easiest to obtain, it has the least exciting reward - a single grenade.

Location of the green jewel
The green gem is located inside the Toy Uncle toy store, through a locked door on the other side of the building (near the car blockade at one end of the street). The door must be unlocked with the hook, which you will naturally get as you progress through the story. Trading the Green Gem gives you tactical stock for the M3 Shotgun, which increases its stability and reduces recoil.

Emplacement Blue Jewel
The last blue gem is a bit easier to miss, located in the supermarket across from Toy Uncle. The outer door needs bolt cutters to open, and the fancy blue gem box is inside on the counter. Trading this blue gem gives you a sweet hip pouch, giving you two additional inventory slots.

These items are all missing, but don't be too desperate if
You miss; you have another chance to get them (and much easier)
