Pokemon Let's Go: Make a Fast Travel and Ride a Pokemon

The fast travel and the possibility to ride a water or land Pokemon in Pokemon Let’s Go Pikachu and Eevee are two different game mechanisms. One allows you to teleport yourself, and the other allows you to travel faster between different regions. Learning how to travel fast and move faster in Pokemon Let’s Go can make your life easier during the game. With this guide we are going to explain how to make a fast travel and how to learn how to use certain types of Pokemon as a means of transport. For some of these things you will have to learn some secret techniques.

How to move faster in Pokemon Let’s Go

To get around faster in Pokemon Let’s Go Pikachu and Eevee, you can take advantage of Pokemon's water and land services as well as flying services. Not all of them, though. You can't get a bike at Pokemon Let’s Go , as in previous games. Instead, you can ride one of your Pokemon, which is much more interesting. For example, you can drive your own Charizard, as in the screenshot below. Or, you can ride a Pokemon on the ground if it has the right size.

To do this, you need to have the right Pokemon in your party. Select one and choose the option "Take out the Poke Ball". The Pokemon will then pass by you and you will be able to use it automatically as a "vehicle" wherever there is enough space. This way, you will move faster. Also, if you're riding a flying Pokemon like Charizard, you'll also get a better viewpoint.

When it comes to traveling through areas where there is water, your Pokemon will have to learn the secret Water Slide technique. Long story short: find the guy with the white bandana and white tank top holding a surfboard in the Fucsiapoli complex. He is standing next to a Lapras, who is swimming in a pool. Talk to him to learn Slide Water. This will allow you to move fast without fear of drowning.

How to make a fast travel in Pokemon Let’s Go

To make a fast travel to Pokemon Let’s Go Pikachu and Eevee, your Pokemon must learn the secret Sky Dash technique. You learn it from a specific NPC in Azzurropoli. From the east entrance of Azzurropoli, take the first road down, just after the Pokemon Center. On the left, you will find the Rocket Gaming Center. There's a guy standing outside the building, next to a gizmo carried by balloons. Talk to him and he'll teach you the secret Solcanubi technique.

This technique allows you to travel quickly around the world whenever and wherever you want. As you can imagine, this is the fastest mode of transport at Pokemon Let’s Go . All you have to do is open the map from the menu, select the place where you want to travel and then choose Solcanubi.
