It is a Dark and Rock type Pokémon, capable of dealing heavy damage against Lugia while having strong defense to keep it alive during battle. You want it to know how to bite and bite, snap and bite, or snap and stone edge. Any of them should do pretty well against Lugia, considering they all deal heavy damage and are STAB attacks for Tyranitar.
