How to get all the Pokémon available in Pokémon Go Fest 2020

Pokémon Go Fest 2020 is happening right now for a handful of Pokémon Go players, and many of them have started to capture their favorite Pokémon. Developer Niantic is making plenty of Pokémon available for the event, and a good chunk of them are exclusive or incredibly difficult to capture, like Kyogre and Gourdon. Here's what we know about the Pokémon available in the event and how to catch them.
