The glasses Google Glass for the augmented reality, initially designed for consumer users, they then found their ideal scope of action in the professional territory and in the world of developers. This is demonstrated by the fact that the Explorer Edition has recently received its latest update before being definitively abandoned, while the Enterprise Edition 2 will inflate the sails.

The latter, launched last May, can now be purchased by anyone at price of 999 dollars through authorized third party resellers such as CDW, Mobile Advance and SHI. From the point of view of technical specifications there are the Qualcomm Snapdragon XR1 chipset with 1,70 GHz quad core processor, 3 GB of memory, Bluetooth 5 connectivity, 8 megapixel camera, display positioned in front of the field of view with a resolution of 640 × 360 pixels, 820 battery mAh and USB Type-C slot for charging. All with a total weight of 46 grams.

It is therefore positioned in a market that among the other protagonists also sees Microsoft's HoloLens 2, although the nature of the two products is different in terms of design and functionality.
