But I wondered this 60 minutes thing is actually an unhealthy practice. Let me explain: the perception from the outside is that you work in a hurry just to fulfill the promise of 60 minutes. So I asked one of the technicians if my impression was right.
“To tell the truth when we started this process we were a bit worried, 60 minutes initially seemed like a big challenge. In reality we have optimized all the processes above all we have optimized the management of the warehouse in which we always have in stock everything we need to repair the smartphones that arrive. It took some time to run in, but now I can assure you that 60 minutes is more than enough to do any recovery, ”says one of the technicians.
Yeah, a lot when I went to repair a smartphone they tell you that “they are waiting for the piece” and maybe the piece arrives no earlier than two or three weeks. Rightly, the smartphone has become an extension of ourselves and depriving ourselves of this part for several weeks is unthinkable.
