The universe of Quantum Break moves in the world but also in time, and yet, like any good video game that respects itself, also in Quantum we find a huge overview of collectables that are collected in the main menu under the appropriate item and serve to complete 100% each Act of the game!
Unlike other titles, in Quantum Break the partworks are one of the fulcrums of the narrative, collecting them does not mean only increase the percentage of completion or upgrade but go to change some situations that may occur on the TV series that intersperses the acts of the game. The types of collectables are 6 in total:
Quantum Break: Particular objects that modify some events on the TV Series.
Information: Key discoveries capable of influencing the course of the adventure.
Media: Various insights into the game world brought by a Tablet, PC or Screen. Often it is E-mail between the characters.
Papers: Various insights into the game world.
Computer: Various insights into the game world.
Chronon Sources: Chronon particles scattered in the game world and visible only thanks to the Time Vision radar. Jack will need them to upgrade his skills over time.
NOTE: Our guide follows the same division that uses the game to distinguish Collectables in the main menu and follows the adventures of Jack chapter by chapter.
ACT 1 - PART 1: Experiment at the University
RIVERPORT UNIVERSITY MAP
Right at the beginning, on the left, just before passing under the stone arch to access the campus.

Shortly after the previous collectible, there is a small gazebo with a television inside. Activate it to watch a mysterious trailer reminiscent of Remedy's previous work, Alan Wake.

This is the Chronon source you could see earlier as you opened the gate for Emy. Climb the scaffolding mentioned in the previous parcel and go to the far right. Now use the train cars to reach the roof of the building from which you opened the gate to Amy. You will find a hole in the roof that will lead you to the source.

Manipulate the time to get on the roof from the right of the front door. Once on top do not climb up to the window but continue on the roof all the way to find the source.

Use the time manipulation to get on the roof and stop where the painting on the wall is. Just above the taxi. Wait for the weather to return to normal and jump to the right overhang to find yourself in the spot shown in the photo. Go up to get the source.
