Pokémon Go Fest 2020 is almost here for Pokémon Go players. The event will begin on July 25 and 26 starting at 10 a.m. and running until 20 p.m. in your local time zone. The event will start earlier for some players depending on their location in the world, so you might see additional information on social media about what you can expect to see when the festival begins in your region. During the first day of July 25, there will be virtual habitats where players have increased the number of spawns of specific Pokémon. These habitats last for an hour and you can expect to see them occur twice a day.
The exact schedule your time zone sees for the Virtual Habitat may vary. For example, at 10 a.m. ET, players on the East Coast will see Pokémon appear for the Battle Habitat. However, when it becomes 10am PT, players on the Pacific Coast will see the Aquatic Habitat appear first. The starting habitat varies for each time zone. Here are all the habitats available for the event and their rotation.
- Battle - 10 a.m. and 15 p.m. ET / 12 p.m. and 17 p.m. PT
- Friendship - 11 a.m. and 16 p.m. ET / 13 p.m. and 18 p.m. PT
- Fire - 12 p.m. and 17 p.m. ET / 14 p.m. and 19 p.m. PT
- Water - 13 h and 18 h HE / 10 h and 15 h HP
- Herbe – 14 h et 19 h HE / 11 h et 16 h HP
Day one is all about capturing unique Pokémon every hour of the event, so you want to make sure you stock up on Poké Balls. You can also use Frankincense to increase the amount of Pokémon that show up at your location, rather than wandering around your area to catch them.
