Nintendo advises the steps below to try and resolve error code 2110-3127.
wired
- Restart the Nintendo Switch console. Press and hold the POWER button for three seconds, then select Power options, then Restart.
- Check the DNS settings in the Internet settings of the console. Go to the settings of your registered Internet connection and review the DNS settings.
- If this setting is set to manual but is not required for your network, change this setting to Automatic.
- If you need to use a specific DNS address due to the type of network you are using, please contact the administrator of the network you are trying to use.
- Switch your home network off and on again. Restarting your network devices may resolve this issue if it is related to the devices not responding.
- Manually enter another DNS. If the DNS you are trying to use is not working, entering another DNS may resolve this issue.
- Please retry later. If this error is due to a problem with your internet service, you may have to wait a bit and try again later.
If you still cannot connect, it may indicate a problem with the network environment or the router being used.
