Embracer Group: 25 triple-A games by April 2026
During its latest financial report, it was learned that Embracer Group wants to release at least 25 triple-A games by April 2026. Currently, the group has a whopping 216 video game projects in development, of course of varying production size.
Embracer Group has made major purchases in recent months and years, presenting itself as one of the most interesting companies in the video game market today. These include, among others, the labels Saber Interactive, Gearbox Entertainment, THQ Nordic, Deep Silver and many others. Recently there has also been the acquisition of Dark Horse Media, a paper publisher with very interesting intellectual properties, which will probably be exploited for some video games.
It remains to be seen what these triple A games will be. The names we can take for granted are the new Saints Row, which will arrive in the coming months, as well as a new Metro, a very successful series for the company, and Dead Island 2, whose development has been confirmed. However, there are still many more to go before we reach 25.
