There are three versions of Madden 21: the Standard Edition, the Deluxe Edition, and the MVP Edition. The Standard Edition, which costs $ 59,99 ($ 53,99 digital if you have EA Access), comes with a number of digital items when you pre-order the game, depending on where you're going to purchase.
