Paint (Windows)
If you use a PC Windows, you can cut photos using Paint, the graphics program included on virtually all versions of the Microsoft operating system. To use it, start Paint (you can easily find it by searching for it in the menu Home), presses the blue button Fillet situato in alto a sinistra, selects the voice apri from the menu that appears and select the image you want to import and crop.
