Keqing Banner “Dance of Lanterns” at Genshin Impact runs from February 17th to March 3rd.
The Keqing Limited Banner at Genshin Impact - “Dance of Lanterns” - will replace the Xiao banner “Invitation to Mundane Life” on February 17 at 15:59 pm PST, and will last for two weeks until March 3. During the event, Keqing will be the featured 5-star character, and she will have an increase rate (0,6% drop chance). The mercy mechanic remains unchanged, so your 90th draw will earn you 5 stars, but it's a 50/50 shot regardless of whether you get Keqing or not. Your 180th draw will be a Guaranteed Keqing if you haven't caught it by this point. The pity of previous limited banners will continue, so it's a good idea to check your draw history before rolling the dice.
The 4 stars with rates in the Keqing banner are Bennett, Ningguang and Barbara. Bennett and Ningguang are easily two of Genshin Impact's top 4 stars, and if you don't have them already, they're worth doing some draws during the Keqing Banner. Barbara is a great healer, but that's about all she is: a healer. For those of you who love the open world and don't dive deep into the Abyss, she's worth having in your line-up, but she has a habit of showing up for free.
Each character will have a “Test Run” available during the Keqing Banner, and you can earn Primogems, Character XP books, and upgrade materials for completing them. As for my banner draw recommendations: Keqing is a solid character, but she is held back by the current state of Electro in Genshin Impact. She's worth grabbing at the end of the day, but if you're saving up for Xiao or waiting for the supposed return banners from Hu Tao and Zhongli, she's a safe 5 star to skip. However, if you don't have Bennett or Ningguang (or their first constellations) you should try to catch them, assuming you don't risk wasting your pity on Keqing.
