Hyper Scape is the most arcade battle royale yet, and like a true arcade, it also features a variety of game modes. Tech Test players have only experienced the tip of the iceberg of the full list of games. playlists for the game. According to Reddit user MajSmartie, the game's file structure currently contains a number of play modes in addition to the normal Squads queue and Dark Haze solos queue. . Here's everything that's currently available for each Hyper Scape game mode revealed so far.
Dark Haze
Dark Haze is the first Solos queue available in Hyper Scape. It takes place in a darker version of Neo Arcadia, covered in a thick veil of fog. The selection of weapons and hacks available is limited and winning requires different tactics.
Gun runner
Gun Runner is just standard Hyper Scape, but with random weapons - everyone gets the same pair of two random guns every turn, and they are automatically upgraded over time. Since everyone uses the same tools, individual skills really shine in this mode.
Hack Runner
This mode takes the rules of Gun Runner mode and applies them to hacks instead.
Crown Rush
This mode only has one twist to the standard Hyper Scape queue, but it's a big twist: the Crown appears at the start of the game. This means that a lucky player could finish the game almost immediately.
Faction war
Hyper Scape faction war changes from a regular battle royale to more of a four-way war game. The lobbies will be divided into 4 factions, each appearing in its own corner of the map. This mode looks a lot like Call of Duty: Warzone's failed Rumble mode, so let's hope it does better than Warzone did with the concept.
Mode Turbo
Ubisoft clearly understands that the slow, strategic pace of Hyper Scape isn't for everyone, which is why they designed Turbo Mode. All kidding aside, this mode is all about ending things quickly - all weapons are picked up at max upgrade level, and sectors of the map collapse sooner. To partially compensate for the frenetic nature of this mode, all players regenerate their health faster.
The ground is lava
Yes, this is exactly what you think. Ground can kill you in this mode, so you have to use mobility and terrain to stay aloft and try to survive. To make things more difficult, this mode focuses on using weapons and reverse effect hacks, like Komodo.
Take it all with a grain of salt for now. With the exception of Dark Haze, Ubisoft has yet to confirm these game modes, and while the assets and descriptions shown look very compelling, it is possible that these modes are not real or may be removed. We will keep this Hyper Scape guide updated as new information becomes available.
