Disney + Plus total devices on which to install the application
Disney + is a product for families and - as such - allows you to install the application on different devices to allow everyone to benefit from the extensive catalog already available at launch.
What was not exactly clear was how many devices it was possible to associate with and if it was possible to remove them in case of device change (imagine someone changing smartphone or changing TV in favor of a more recent model).
Users will have a maximum total of 10 devices to link to your Disney + accountonce the limit is reached, it will not be possible to extend or remove them. This does not affect the 4 streams simultaneously.
This unclear passage in the FAQ section of the site is clarified by a Tweet coming from the Disney + Italy account: "If you want to disassociate a device, you can contact Disney Plus Customer Service."
Hi Luca, you can access Disney + with 4 simultaneous streams. The number of downloads is unlimited and on a maximum of 10 devices. Users can set up to 7 different profiles. If you want to unpair a device you can contact Disney Plus Customer Service.

It is not possible to unpair devices independently
If on other services, such as Netflix or Prime Video, simply visit your account and remove associated devices, with Disney + things get complicated. Basically it will not be possible to modify the list manually and independently through the account settings, but clearly the limit will not be fixed and just call the customer care to request the reset of the associated devices.
A real shame because it is not an intuitive procedure and within everyone's reach. It is true that 10 devices are quite a lot but counting all the electronics we have available nowadays including smartphones, tablets, PCs, TVs, it is easy to reach the limit.
If you hit the device limit, the Disney + app will return an error:
"Error Code 30"
Sorry, we were unable to connect the device to the subscription. Re-enter the data and try again. If the problem persists, visit the Disney + Support Center (Error Code 30).
This error - very cryptic - must make you turn on the light: you have already connected 10 devices to your account Disney + Plus.
