CALL OF DUTY WARZONE 2: WILL THE NEW MAP BE IN THE DESERT?
A few days after the official announcement of Call of Duty Warzone 2, the new chapter of the free battle royale that should accompany Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2, come a series of interesting rumors about the map of the free battle royale. To spread these details is Hydra9114, the insider who a few days ago posted on social networks the alleged image of the main menu of the next chapter of Activision's series.
The user claims that the game will be set in the desert and, according to TheGhostOfHope, Warzone 2 's combat will be set against the backdrop of the Atacama Desert. For those of you who don't know what we're talking about, the Atacama Desert is located in South America and encompasses parts of Peru and Chile. This detail should not be underestimated at all, as one of the rumors surrounding Modern Warfare 2 states that the game's story features a group of soldiers with drug cartels and such a map would be perfect for the battle royale.
Obviously there is no official confirmation and we will have to wait for an announcement from Activision to know what the setting of Call of Duty Warzone 2 will be. In the meantime, we remind you that the second season of COD Vanguard and Warzone is about to begin.
