In terms of features, AUKEY's webcam offers a lot on paper for its price (around 50€). In terms of color and balance, however, the quality is not comparable to more professional (but expensive) devices. In rooms with a particularly yellow light the white balance it is so strong that it makes the color of the skin a little unnatural. It also lacks a dedicated management software to change this and other aspects of video rendering.

As for the audio department, the results are less impressive. On the one hand the webcam's microphone array is in fact much better, though quality e clarity, the internal microphone of the computer. On the other hand, however, they still remain inferior even only to the microphone integrated in a pair of good wired earphones. The only context in which they might be preferable is with multiple people in the room having to talk. While the microphone of the earphones gives its best in the vicinity of the mouth, the webcam does well even with relatively distant voices.

Unfortunately, it's not that simple, and it also depends a lot on your needs. A Logitech webcam, albeit for the same price with a lower resolution, will still improve the video quality compared to the integrated one and will have the advantage of a more provided software support.
