Zagreus repeatedly attempts to try to escape the Dark Abyss, becoming stronger with items and weapons after each attempt. There is a group of characters that you can interact with along the way, such as other Greek gods, Zeus, Poseidon, Hermes, Aphrodite and many more, and other Greek epics, such as Achilles. If you play your cards right, some of these people become love interests for Zagreus.
Here are all of the available characters that you can love in the game.
You use the same method to romanticize these characters, so it's not too complicated. It starts with providing them with Necter, which you can do with almost any character you come across in the game. When you initially gift a character with Necter, that character provides you with a souvenir and you can use it on your own. escape attempts to give you an additional bonus. The more Necter you give to a character, the more favor your increase until you maximize it. From there you have to do them a favor, and after you finish that you can give them ambrosia for an extra gift.
After completing all of the tasks and requirements for any of the characters listed above, return to Zagreus' room and approach his bed. You have the option of ending a full relationship with this character, and you can choose to continue one with all three characters without any consequences. Of the three, Dusa will approach Zagreus and say that she is not looking for an intimate relationship and will agree to be a lifelong friend. Dusa will also offer to return any ambrosia and any gifts you gave her. While you can take them back, refusing them is also an option. Both options have the same result and there is no consequence.
