The second, “High Quality”, announces that it uses more data. By clicking on it, connected in 4G, we ended up with 720p or 1080p.
For people who want to control their mobile data usage, the third option titled "Data Saver" seems ready. It promises lower image quality. But by selecting it, we ended up with 360p, admittedly, but also 1080p on another attempt.

Finally for those who would like a very precise quality, it is always possible to choose the fourth option, which allows to choose a quality which goes from 144p to 2160p, that is to say from 4K.
These new features have been incorporated into the quality preferences, which can be found in the application options, which allows each video to be launched with the same setting. Unfortunately, the fourth option is not available in preferences, meaning that anyone who wants to send all their videos in 4K will have to change the setting manually each time they watch it. Pity.
These new quality checks are normally already deployed on your application. If not, you may need to update your app.
