You know that every time you connect your iPhone to computer and sync it with iTunes, a backup of all the data on your iPhone? This data is saved in a specific file on your computer. Depending on your computer's operating system (PC or Mac), there is a different percorso where that backup file is saved.
Once you have found the folder containing the backup, you can decide what to do, for example you can delete it or move it to another folder or save it to an external drive. NB: In the case of a Windows PC, the “Application Data” and “AppData” directories are hidden. To make them visible you have to activate the “Show hidden files” option in Windows Explorer.

2. iCloud backup path
If you have turned on the option to back up to iCloud on your iPhone (in Settings> iCloud), here's how to find the folder where it is saved.
In the case of computer Mac, go to Apple menu> System Preferences> iCloud, finally click Management.
Su PC Windows:
>> Windows 8.1: Go to Start> down arrow in the lower left corner. Click on iCloud and finally on Manage.
>> Windows 8: Go to Start and select iCloud, then click on Manage.
>> Windows 7: Go to Start menu> All Programs> iCloud> iCloud, finally click on Manage.
delete an iCloud backup it is much easier than saving on the local computer. Just go to Settings on your iPhone and then click on iCloud. Click the Storage & Backup option and then on "Manage Storage". Select the backup to delete and click on "Delete Backup"
