E3 begins to go live with the Ubisoft Forward event 2021, the conference dedicated to the Assasin's Creed software house that we hope will be full of exciting announcements. The evening's program is particularly dense, which includes various insights into already familiar games such as Far Cry 6 and the new Rainbow Six Siege, as new announcements that surely there will be able to surprise us.

Ubisoft Forward 2021: all the announcements of the evening
The evening begins with a short presentation that confirms the presence of Far Cry 6 e Rainbow Six Extraction. The latter is the first title to show itself with a new trailer in computer graphics, which highlights some of the main features of the new title coming soon.
Rainbow Six Extraction
According to what is shown it seems that the new Rainbow Six will be set during an epidemic that broke out due to an alien parasite and will have a cooperative gameplay for up to three players. The game therefore moves away from the atmosphere political fiction to get closer to science fiction and seems to promise heart-pounding action between monstrous creatures and devastating weapons.
The developers explained that every time we enter a containment zone we will risk losing all our equipment and upgrades, which could indicate the presence of roguelike mechanics. The missions instead will be divided into three different phases of increasing difficulty, with secondary objectives that will be randomly generated during the operation.
Rainbow Six Extraction is expected to come out this September 16th, and it will be a cross-generational title and will have cross-play functionality. Ubisoft also showed a long gameplay trailer that showed us the various infected creatures in action, while the gun play seems to be similar to the tradition of the classic titles of the saga.
The game seems to be very layered under the strategic plan, even if for the moment we have some doubts about the artistic direction of the enemies, which does not come in totally dazzling form.
Rocksmith +
Then go to Rocksmith +, the title that allows you to play a real guitar using specialized software. The title is presented as the updated version of the original version of the video game released in 2011 and confirms its didactic soul, aimed at teaching all users the secrets of the musical instrument.
Rocksmith + will now be able to connect to a smartphone to use it as a microphone via a dedicated application. There will also be a feature called a workshop and a subscription service that will allow you to access a large library of songs on practicing your guitar skills.
The platform for now is in beta and you can register right now.
Riders republic
The next title on the list is Riders republic, the game that will allow us to digitally experience a wide range of extreme sports. The title will be exclusively multiplayer and will allow players to try their hand at trick competitions in the sports of their choice, as seen in the gameplay trailer shown for the occasion.
Riders Republic therefore confirms itself as a sports simulator with an arcade soul, that does not disdain that pinch of over-the-top action and extra crazy. Our avatars and vehicles will be fully customizable and the game will constantly reward users with a rating for every single action performed.
The title should come out on September 2, 2021 on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Google Stadia, Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X / S.
Just Dance 2022
Also announced the new chapter of Just Dance 2022, which will include excerpts from Todrick Hall, famous international dancer and songwriter. The game will arrive on November 4th and will be cross-gen.
Ubisoft Forward 2021: Creed Valhalla
Valhalla is one of the most popular Assasin's Creed in recent years, and the presentation dedicated to him at the Ubisoft Forward conference focused on updating the game through free updates. We also received some information onSiege of Paris, an expansion coming this summer.
For the occasion, new abilities, new weapons and new enemies will arrive, as per tradition for the series DLCs. Developers also have confirmed that the game will also be supported for its second year since launch, of which we had a very short teaser, which seems to suggest a hellish setting of some kind.
Far Cry 6
At the end of the conference we had the opportunity to take a look at a new plot trailer for Far Cry 6, the new title of the saga coming this October. The video focused on the figure of El Presidente, the villain of this chapter, played by Giancarlo Esposito.
The developers then talked about the creation of Anton Castillo, El Presidente, precisely and how complex it was to create him and make him capable of being at the same level as any other villain in the series. Far Cry 6 will also have an expansion focusing on all the villains in the series, who will explore their philosophy in a context of dreamlike and crazy atmospheres.
Ubisoft Forward 2021: Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope
The penultimate announcement of the evening is Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope, sequel to the crossover video game that had a great success a few years ago. This title introduces the Spark, of the elemental creatures that, according to what was declared by the developers, would be the basis of the story conceived in the development phase.
Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope it first showed up in a long CG trailer and shortly after in a gameplay one, which showed several key features of the title, such as the focus on action and the use of Sparks in battle. The game also seems to have a significant strategic sector, but we will have to wait for further updates to find out more.
The game is expected to arrive in 2022.
Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora
The grand finale was entrusted to Avatar Frontiers of Pandora, which was shown in first look in engine. The trailer dedicated to the game was quite substantial, but it didn't show any punchy gameplay passages, so it's hard to get a precise idea of what awaits us in the full game, due out in 2022.
The film, however, has placed the emphasis on various locations that we can visit on Pandora, and on the bizarre creatures that inhabit it, which seem so many and varied. According to what we have seen, the game could be configured as a third-person open world action, but we will certainly return to talk about it during the coming months.
