Solution 3: How to manually transfer iCloud contacts to Android
Step 1. Export contacts from iCloud to a VCF file
Open the browser on your computer and log into your iCloud account. Click on Contacts and choose the contacts to export and then import them to the Android phone. Click the tab in the lower left corner to view the action menu and from there select "Export vCard ... ". The vCard file will be downloaded to your computer.
