Vivo X60 Pro review: we don't need a steady hand
Let's open our review of the Vivo X60 Pro precisely with the analysis of the workhorse of the smartphone: the photographic sector developed in close cooperation with ZEISS.
The company launches and enhances its camera stabilization to ensure successful photos and videos. So, we decided to start from here, letting someone less experienced take the photos. The result was very good both in terms of colors and image, but let's go step by step.
The camera consists of a 48MP main sensor (F1.48, 1/2”, 0.8μm, PDAF, OIS, Gimbal), one 13MP ultra-angular and 13MP F / 2.46 macro. The internal camerainstead, it features a 32MP.
As we can see, the new Vivo X60 Pro it does not have a periscope telephoto lens (as, however, mounted the cousin X51). The most important part of its composition, however, is the system Gimbal integrated. Put simply, it is a mechanical that goes to eliminate the vibrations during the shots. In detail, it is able to compensate for movements up to 3 ° on each axis; a traditional anti-vibration system generally hides about 1 ° of it horizontally and vertically. This, of course, results in decidedly clean images and videos. We don't have those annoying micro-motions in the videos and the photos themselves benefit, ensuring a crisp and clear image.

Beautiful to look at, elegant and substantial
Having listed its camera-level performance, it's good to continue our review of the Vivo X60 Pro with the analysis of his "fitness". Summer is also approaching for mobile phones and it is also important to rate the look and the line. Vivo X60 Pro is good at this and doesn't get caught unprepared with one thickness of only 7,69mm. From an aesthetic point of view, the smartphone does not disappoint at all, on the contrary, it immediately captures our attention. In your hands it seems to have a solid and robust product, well done from every point of view. The most interesting part is definitely the rear window, very beautiful and definitely pleasant to the touch. The colore is particular, at least in the version we tested: it seems to see the classic "wildfire". The light, in fact, reflects on the back, creating a very pleasant play of light.
Il front is very clean; we have a full screen in front of us, which only breaks at the top with the front camera. No huge borders, no notches. The edges are, however, slightly curved and this gives a decidedly inviting look. Surely, the real flaw will be the application of the film, which always has a hard time adapting to this type of bevel.
Il Vivo X60 Pro weighs very little: only 179 grams and, as mentioned, it's really subtle. Inside, there is also a space battery from 4200 mAh with support for fast charging. Nothing striking, but not too little, with an average use, we manage to make it to the end of the day.
How does this Vivo X60 Pro work?
The Vivo X60 Pro smartphone features the Android 11 system with interface FunTouch OS 11 Global. Unlike other custom software cousins, this version doesn't feature too many different from the stock one. These are minimal changes, even at the level of pre-installed applications. A great system for those who don't want too many changes. We find some dynamic effects and a Turbo mode dedicated to the game.
Excellent results for the screen that manages to meet our expectations. We have an AMOLED display, with a refresh of up to 120 Hz. It goes without saying that the fluidity of the images is excellent, as are the colors and details. The AMOLED screen never disappoints.
On the functionality side, this smartphone performs very well. As mentioned it presents one Snapdragon 870, 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of memory. It is perfect for performing all the basic functions, without slowing down or particular problems. During our review, we have not seen any system bugs or problems of any kind. As for connectivity, we have support for the 5G, Wi-Fi a 2,4GHz e 5GHz, Bluetooth 5.1, NFC. For charging we have a Type-C 2.0 port, so no video output support.
Vivo X60 Pro in two words
We have come to the end of our review of I live X60 Pro and it's time for the final verdict. The smartphone has certainly won us over in its appearance: the look is perfect, elegant and flamboyant, not anonymous, but not excessive. The construction looks solid and sturdy and the features are interesting. Good components that equip it. At a photographic level, we were quite satisfied: the colors were good, but above all the stability.
What does it do to us turn up one's nose? Maybe the price. Let's talk about € 799. We are not on too low a range and, perhaps, the changes compared to the predecessor are not excessive. In any case, however, it is a product that is appreciated and that deserves to be taken into consideration.
