Lexgo Lex R10 belongs to the ranks of electric scooters. You know them right? They are those two-wheeled vehicles that now populate our cities. It is easy to understand why: they are light, easily transportable and do not require special skills to be used. However, not all scooters are the same. In fact, manufacturers work hard to be able to bring to the market products that combine design, power and practicality without affecting the users' wallet too much. Among these there is also Lexgo than with her Lex R10 has managed to find the perfect balance between functionality and price, or almost. To know more, read our full review of the Lexgo Lex R10.

Lexgo Lex R10: the Tech Princess review
Lex R10 scooter: minimal aesthetics and demanding weight
The first thing you will notice about the Lexgo Lex R10 is the color. Or better, the colored details. This electric scooter uses a palette that we now find on many similar products, the one based on the various shades of gray and black. We have though some splash of yellow which makes this scooter more eye-catching than the competition and even more youthful.
We also enjoyed the grip of the footboard as well as that of the handlebar, which remains firm even on the most uneven terrain. Then the lights are excellent, especially the one we find on the back. Thanks to their high brightness you will always remain perfectly visible, even in the dark. It's just a pity that the intensity of the light emitted cannot be adjusted.
He doesn't behave badly either the display. It is not among the most readable and pleasant seen on the market but it is still simple and effective. A little below then we find the only button of Lex R10, dedicated both to switching on and off and to changing the mode. There are indeed three different settings: 6km / h for pedestrian areas, 20 km/h and finally 25 km/h. This allows you to quickly adapt to different situations and the resulting speed limits.
But before telling you how it behaves on the road we would like to say a few words about the weight of the Lex R10. Let's talk about 17,5 kg, which makes transportation on the stairs not too easy. However, this is not the only problem. Lexgo has in fact chosen to concentrate all your weight on the base of the scooter with the handlebar which is very light. This weight distribution is not an absolute evil, mind you, but you will have the feeling of having a stronger part - the footboard - and a less solid part - the handlebar.
Lexgo Lex R10 review: the road test
Once on the road, just get on your electric scooter, start pushing it, get on and then use the accelerator to take advantage of the 400W brushless motor. As anticipated, it will be possible to reach a maximum speed of 25 km / h, which considerably speeds up travel in the city and even in extra-urban routes.
Driving is stable and safe, even if we lose something in terms of agility due to the aforementioned weight distribution. On the other hand, the yield is perfect even on less homogeneous soils. The 10-inch tires in fact they hold up well even on slightly more rugged roads although not accompanied by any kind of shock absorber. Disc brakes are also promoted that allow you to better control the braking, which is soft and delicate.
Lexgo R10 scooters: battery and range
Finally, we come to autonomy. There battery from 7600 mAh guarantees about 20 km of autonomy, then you will have to recharge it using the appropriate power supply. Keep in mind that to go from 0 to 100% it takes about 4 hours, which means you can take advantage to recharge your electric scooter at night, in the office or at any other time of the day.
Lex R10 and price: is it worth buying?
We use Lexgo Lex R10 for a few weeks and we couldn't be happier with that. This scooter is not perfect, mind you. There is still some aspect that can be improved but at € 499 (list price) it remains a good deal. You can use it anywhere, it is within everyone's reach and has a good autonomy, enough to use it several times during the week before really worrying about being left on foot.
So, if you are looking for a versatile and not too expensive electric scooter, the Lex R10 could really be for you.
At the moment you can find it available from MediaWorld and Unieuro.
