Thanks to Powerup 4.0, paper airplanes take flight
Powerup 4.0 was born thanks to a campaign on Kickstarter, where it raised more than one million euros. This is the fourth edition of the project, improved from version to version. The "drone" consists of an on-board computer and 2 sensors: gyroscope and accelerometer. These are combined with 2 vector thrust motors. As Wired testifies, who was able to test it, inside the package there are sheets of paper to be able to build their own airplanes.
The operation of Powerup 4.0 is very simple. In fact, it is enough to fold the sheets following the instructions, then connect the electronic device and start it. To drive it you need it smartphone: you have to connect the home drone via bluetooth to be able to then control the power of the propellers, manage the direction of the airplane and also perform airborne tricks.
The handling of the airplane happens like a drone, it's all a matter of propeller movements, which is why it will seem very difficult at first. After some time, however, you will become familiar with your airplane and have fun.
