The wait for Greymoor, the new expansion of The Elder Scrolls Online, MMORGP (Massive (ly) Multiplayer Online Role-Playing Game) hit brand Zenimax e Bethesda, continues to be heard. The expansion, which takes us back to the frozen land of Skyrim, will only be available starting May 18 but, in the meantime, the introductory quest has been published “The Coven Conspiracy” totally free for all players, which will guide us in this new adventure.
The Elder Scrolls Online: a spasso con Lyris
After having had a first taste of the characters and themes that will address Greymoor, thanks to the DLC Harrowstorm, thanks to this introductory mission we will enter the heart of the adventure starting to approach the land of the North. The mission begins with our friend Lyris Titanborn, the valiant Northern warrior we've met many times in the land of Tamriel. Lyris will once again ask for our help to investigate some mysterious rituals of the circle of Witches by Icereach, already addressed in the previous expansion.
The bloody ceremonies are touching other regions of Tamriel and involve the poor inhabitants of each region attracted by a deceptive offer. Our journey will take us around the various regions already visited and then let us get closer and closer to Skyrim. In a short time (the quest can be completed in about 20-25 minutes) we will be at Riffle where we will find the name of our new enemy: Sorella Balra, a powerful shape-shifting witch at the head of this region's circle of Icereach.
From our research we will discover that the witches have forged a mad alliance with the vampires to bring chaos to Skyrim and attack Re Jorunn, at the head of the eastern part of the region. Our battle will go as far as Windhelm to face the enemy and begin the fight for the salvation of Skyrim.
Blood, witches and vampires
The Coven Conspiracy is a quick, simple and straightforward quest who manages to perfectly describe the "climate" that will welcome us in Greymoor. Let us re-visit the areas of Eastmarch it was a very smart choice that brought us closer to the big new area that will be unlocked in the next expansion.
With the new quest we have also rediscovered the fascinating Blackreach, "The city under Skyrim" colonized by the ancient Dwemer civilization with all the charm we remembered. Many of these areas, in fact, appeared in The Elder Scrolls V video game, certainly the most popular of the original saga that we are sure it will play. a strong nostalgia effect.
After trying Harrowstorm, our desire to return to Skyrim was already high but after this taste, we are really eager to find out where the adventures and quests that will be introduced in Greymoor and the battles with vampires and witches that we face will take us. For Sovngarde!

The Elder Scrolls Online: Greymoor will be published on 18st May on PC / Mac and on June 2 on Xbox One and PlayStation 4. The expansion will be free for all ESO Plus subscribers while for other players it can be purchased individually.
