Curious to know who has earned a spot on this list? Let's not waste any more time and throw ourselves headlong into our selection.
Best tech products 2021: smartphones
Let's start with one of the most popular categories: that of smartphones.
Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra
Galaxy s21 ultra it is Samsung's top of the range and undoubtedly one of the most interesting terminals of 2021.
With its Dynamic AMOLED 2X display, the latest generation hardware and one of the best photographic compartments seen this year, S21 Ultra earns a place in the list of the best tech products 2021. However, the enormous work done by the Korean giant on the software front, including desktop mode and the partnership with Microsoft.
iPhone 13
iPhone 13 can count a modern aesthetic, excellent materials, a truly excellent display that further improves in the Pro and Pro Max variants and top performance. Here too we are in the presence of one of the best camera phones of 2021, capable of capturing excellent images and guaranteeing an almost professional rendering on the video front.
Nor does the autonomy disappoint with a battery that, on less demanding days, can cover up to 36 hours.
Oppo Reno 6
Oppo Reno 6 it's a mid range but don't underestimate it. First of all it comes with a design that yes, it is somewhat reminiscent of that of the iPhone, but in reality it also helps it to clearly stand out from the competition. The choice of Oppo also makes this device comfortable to hold and use, without sacrificing anything since you can easily keep it in your pocket and still count on a 6,43 ″ AMOLED display. The hardware and the photographic sector then allow it to adapt to any situation, so you will be truly ready for anything.
Oppo Reno 6 vs Oppo Reno 6 Pro: brothers comparedCuffie: true wireless, over ear e da gaming
We use them to call, work, listen to music, watch movies and play games: headphones are an integral part of our day. But which are the best of 2021?
nothing ear (1)
Le nothing ear (1) they are not the best true wireless headphones ever but they are among the most interesting ones of the year. The first product of Nothing, the London company created by Carl Pei, former founder of OnePlus, is undoubtedly a success: the ears (1) are very comfortable, capable of returning good audio quality, perfect for those who make many calls and equipped with excellent autonomy. At 99 € they are still a good deal.
Sony WF-1000XM4
For those looking for something more there are Sony WF-1000XM4. They are not the right product for those who use true wireless headphones for phone calls but the audio quality is really excellent, then improved by the presence of the Sony Headphones application that puts an excellent equalizer in your hands.
You can also count on particularly smart features, including Speak-to-chat, which stops playback when it hears you talking and resumes when you finish the conversation. Very useful for communicating without ever removing the headphones.
ASUS ROG Cetra II
Yes, in the list of the best tech products 2021 we have also included a pair of in-ear headphones with the cable. It almost seems like a timeless gadget if we consider the explosion of wireless headphones but in reality the ASUS ROG Cetra II they really convinced us. They are designed for gamers and come with a USB-C connector which makes them perfect for smartphones, tablets, PCs, Macs and even Nintendo Switch. In the field they perform very well: they are light and suitable for long sessions, the audio is well balanced and the microphone, although imperfect, does its job.
LucidSound LS50X
If you prefer a more classic approach to the world of gaming headsets, there are the LucidSound LS50X. The brand is little known but the product managed to win us over. The LS50Xs work with both a dedicated wireless connection and the classic Bluetooth, they are light and comfortable and have a good built-in microphone. They are designed for Xbox but don't panic: you can connect them via Bluetooth to mobile devices or smart TVs, so you can use them with any console.
Wearable
2021 was not a revolutionary year for smartwatches and smart bands but this does not mean that the year just ended did not bring with it particularly interesting devices.
Apple Watch 7 Series
Years go by but Apple Watch continues to maintain its position as the (almost) undisputed king of the wearable world. Compared to the previous model, the formats change - now 41 and 45 mm - and the size of the dial, which has grown by 20%. This allows the display to show you more information than in the past but not only. The 7 Series also boasts a brighter screen, a new charger that uses a USB-C cable to speed charging, and new dust and water certifications. The health-related functions remain unchanged, so we always have ECG, VO2 max cardiovascular tone measurement, sleep measurement and blood oxygenation.

MacBook Pro
Opens the dances on MacBook Pro which really managed to surprise us. To date it is one of the best notebooks entered in this editorial office thanks to the M1 processor (Pro or Max) that manages to give incredible performance in any field. Aesthetically it loses the modern lines of its predecessor but there's really nothing it can't do. Pay attention to the price though: it starts from € 2.349, an element that makes it more suitable for professionals.
Acer Predator Triton 300 SE

the 7th generation Intel Core i3060 processor and the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3 Max-Q graphics card that can not only give you hours of entertainment with the latest generation games but also handle complex programs such as the Adobe suite, AutoCAD, RhinoXNUMXD and much more .

Lenovo Yoga Slim 9i
Among the notebooks that we have reviewed in the course of 2021 there is also Lenovo Yoga Slim 9i which, like HP's Specter x360, is Intel EVO certified. This means that it meets very strict standards in terms of design, portability, display and autonomy. It is not cheap but in your hands you will have an aluminum product with a genuine leather cover and glass palm rest, a perfect backlit keyboard, an IPS display with HDR VESA 400 and Dolby Vision certifications and an 11th generation Intel Core processor. Virtually you won't have to give up anything.
The best tablets for productivity
Not everyone entrusts their productivity to a laptop. In an era in which mobility, smart working and the need to always be operational even when traveling have become a mantra, tablets are gradually becoming more and more powerful and widespread. But which ones to bet on?
Huawei MatePad 11
Huawei has undoubtedly lost ground in the smartphone market. The American ban in fact precluded the Chinese giant from using Google services, thus preventing the new devices from reaching the shelves with the Play Store, Gmail, YouTube and all the other applications that belong to Big G. A wound that Huawei has been looking for to heal with the development of a new operating system and the enhancement of the AppGallery.
The results? In the world of telephony, recovery is slow but the same is not true for tablets. The best example is MatePad 11, a powerful and complete product that, combined with a keyboard and M-Pencil, can satisfy practically every need, from those of artists to those looking for just a little entertainment.
iPad Mini
iPad Mini has reached its sixth generation this year. Always loved for its small size, the 2021 version does not disappoint, becoming almost pocket-sized without giving up an 8,3 ″ display and support for the second generation Apple Pencil. iPad Mini becomes a perfect companion for those who want a lot of power on-the-go, both for work and for play.
Samsung Galaxy Tab S7
They certainly could not ignore Samsung's proposal with his own Galaxy Tab S7 FE puts in the hands of users a tablet that is slightly weakened compared to Tab S7 and S7 + but just as complete. In this case we have a 12,4 ″ TFT display, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 750G processor, all the connectivity you need and AKG-optimized speakers with Dolby Atmos support.
Smart Home
Technology is not only what we carry around with us every day but also what can make our homes smarter, starting with robot vacuum cleaners.
Dream Bot Z10 Pro
Dreame is a company that belongs to the Xiaomi ecosystem and develops high-end technological products at a rather competitive price. The Bot Z10 Pro is an example. At € 499,99 you can in fact take home a product that cleans your home in complete autonomy and that is able to empty itself. All this by relying on LiDAR sensors, advanced algorithms and an application that allows you to schedule cleaning and fix virtual walls.
Rowenta cube
Rowenta cube is the first iron that helps sanitize garments with the natural power of steam. A hybrid that eliminates up to 99,99% of viruses, germs and bacteria, equipped with a large boiler, an attractive design and a simple and intuitive control panel. Making ironing pleasant is certainly not an easy task but Rowenta Cube hits the target.
Philips Hue
Philips Hue it is not a single product but an entire family, bright, colorful and constantly expanding. In fact, every year the range of Hue products expands, bringing with them captivating innovations that allow you to combine the classic light bulbs with luminous panels that can be hooked to the ceiling or colored strips that can give new life to the rooms of the house.
Seeing is believing.
Best tech products 2021: gadgets
Finally, space for gadgets that do not find a place in the previous categories.
Woojer Edge Vest
Woojer Edge Vest it is one of the most unusual devices of 2021. Announced a few years ago it is not yet widespread, perhaps due to its not particularly intuitive purpose. In fact, many thought it was a scam rather than a real product.
But what is it exactly? We are talking about a garment made of fabric and plastic that transforms the sound into haptic feedback. It is not an easy feeling to write and simple to understand but be aware that it offers unparalleled immersion, whether in gaming or when playing a movie.
