Resident Evil 3: Tips and Tricks for Surviving Early

Resident Evil 3Le remake de
the original, but enough differences to discourage people who expect it to be a
purely familiar stroll through the streets of Raccoon City. For beginner players
frankly, things can get even more difficult. Here are some tips to help you get through
the start of the game with minimal difficulty.

Don't forget your knife

Zombies are sneaky and like to play dead. Usually they require
some sort of trigger to wake up, or they might appear when you're near
them, costing you precious health that is hard to regain early on. the
knife makes a pretty decent weapon in this game, compared to most of the other Resident
Bad games, therefore, can be a great way to save ammo early on.

Another useful tip: as a safe way to test whether a dead body
is just a corpse, take out your knife and stab him. If it wiggles you, you
know he's alive and should be avoided (or killed, whichever is more
convenient). Speaking of that:

Don't be afraid to run away

As one wise man once said: "Zombies are stupid ... and SLOW". They
can also sometimes take 3-4 headshots to land, and ammo is scarce.

Flat out avoiding zombies instead of engaging them is
usually the correct answer. What will they do? Are you suing? Unless you
think a zombie is going to be a particular nuisance (like zombies in close
quarters), leave it alone.

Use your fast movement

It's a very handy little move, and you should use it
generously. The fast forward dodge movement can be real time and
health saver, and the perfect dodge can give you a window for a devastating
counterattack with a knife on the zombies. The timing is also pretty forgiving.

Get the bolt cutters ASAP

If you're like me you like to go down all the side roads
before you progress like you're supposed to. It's perfectly natural, but
especially at the beginning it can be a mistake.

Bolt cutters are an item you can get pretty early on ... and
they are essential for obtaining a variety of items, including the shotgun. Like they are
locked behind story progression, it's best to get it over with before
doing too much exploration.

Avoid assaulting yourself

Against single zombies, or even duets, your fast and perfect movement
dodging abilities can make you feel invincible. Crowds of zombies four to four
more tend to disillusion you with this notion quite quickly.

If you come across a large crowd of zombies, take a look around.
There is probably another route that can help you get around the threat.

Hurry up

Your instinct in this game might be to move around and take
your time. To some extent, this is advised. If you think something is
passes around the corner, or there might be an impending fear of jumping, by all
means slow down.

But most of the time you shoot yourself in the foot
Doing so. Crawling too much when you don't need to is a good way to
get caught by a monster you would have missed otherwise, so don't
feel like you're doing something wrong by generously using that sprint.
