Phantasy Star II it's a role-playing video game (RPG) developed and published by SEGA to Sega Mega Drive/ Genesis in 1989. It only arrived in North America and Europe the following year, in 1990.
The game was later converted for 
a number of other platforms, both home computers and consoles. In 2005 a remake for Sony PlayStation 2 was also released. Phantasy Star 2 is the second chapter of the video game series of the same name that many fans have won over especially among Mega Drive owners. For all intents and purposes, this game is the sequel to the first Phantasy Star, which appeared for Sega Master System.
The game is set 1.000 years after the events of its predecessor and follows the adventures of government agent Rolf and his friends, on a mission to find out why the protector of the planet Mota, the Mother Brain computer, has begun to malfunction. Phantasy Star II is also the first video game to use a 6 mega-bit cartridge, a record for the times. The gameplay is very similar to the first Phantasy Star, with the turn-based battle system and able to allow the player to issue orders to members of their own company of heroes. The eight available characters each have their own set of skills and weapons and armor, making them suitable for certain tasks or battles.
The player must defeat the enemies present in the outside world and in the tunnels, advancing and progressing in the game. Phantasy Star II abandons the first-person view typical of the first chapter, but instead uses a top-down perspective for exploration and a third-person perspective for battles. One of the bad guys on duty is Dark Force, who in the first chapter played the role of Evil himself.
NO CASUAL MEETINGS
When you examine the surrounding area with the A button (Talk, Examine), you are sure not to run into a fight. Keep pressing A as you walk, so that “There seems to be nothing unusual here” appears after each step. There will be no random encounters, although moving through the dungeons will be rather slow and impractical.
BECOME INVISIBLE
In battle, make all members of your party KO, except Nei. Have Nei cast the Nasak spell and it will also KO. At this point your characters will become invisible and you can move freely through the dungeons.
