La Poste offers companies two options: the simple sending of registered electronic letters or a complete mail outsourcing service (including electronic registered letters). These two offers are managed through its subsidiary Maileva.

How does it work?
- The letter is deposited on the secure and automated service of La Poste in the form of electronic file (s) and delivered to the address of the recipient (s) in the form of a usual registered mail (paper).
- The user obtains an electronic proof of deposit from La Poste archived over a period of 3 years. Interest: to prove the content of the registered letter by identifying the original document if it is presented by one of the two parties.
- The shipment is dated immediately upon deposit and benefits from the electronic postmark of La Poste as proof.
- An option "Management of Receipt Advice" leaves the payment of the RA to the services of La Poste (the user has online monitoring)

How much does it cost ?
- The company must be subscribed to the electronic registered letter service to benefit from the service. Two types of annual subscriptions are offered:
