Pokémon Masters is now available on the Android Play Store and the iOS App Store. The game features a 3 trainer versus 3 combat system, with the option of cooperative play with friends. Among the available trainers we find heads well known to fans of the license.
Pokémon Masters is now available for download from the Play Store for Android users and from the App Store for iPhone owners. The game is out of beta and anyone can install it now. It was developed by the studio specializing in the mobile game DeNA (Super Mario Run, Fire Emblem Heroes) with the collaboration of The Pokémon Company.
Pokémon Masters offers very different gameplay to Pokémon Go
In terms of gameplay, we are far from what a classic Pokémon game, a Pokémon Go or a Pokémon Rumble Rush offers. The fight is at the center of the game, but with a particularity: it's 3 vs 3 (see video at the end of the article). You can play alone and control three Trainers at once, or co-op with friends. The plot takes place on the new island of Passio, where the World Pokémon Masters tournament is held. You will have the opportunity to meet trainers well known to fans of the franchise.

The minimum configuration to be able to play is a smartphone running Android 5.0 Lollipop with 2 GB of RAM. But Android 7.0 Nougat is recommended. The editor specifies on the other hand that the game may not work on certain models even if they benefit from such a configuration. In the comments of the title's Play Store page, many users also complain about bugs or not being able to play.
