We may need to store some information directly on Notes of our iPhone. When dealing with sensitive information, it is essential to protect it as well as possible. Even if our device is protected by TouchID or password it is recommended protect even more our notes. There is a feature in the iPhone Notes application to protect every single note with a password.

How to set a password for iPhone notes
First of all let's open the application Notes e let's scroll to left on the note we wish to block. We are shown three options, but the one that interests us for our purpose is the before, that of color Grey with the padlock inside.
At this point we need to enter a password that will be used to access all locked notes. Then we insert the Password, confirm the password once again and decide whether or not to set a suggestion in case we forget. Also you can access locked passwords using the TouchID. You can disable this option by moving the toggle to Off. Once this is done we can click on end.
Initially our note will still be unsecured. To block and protect it, select the option Protect Now, placed in the lower center. Once this is done, our note will be blocked and the preview of the content will be hidden.
Now every time you try to open a locked note you will see a screen with written The content of this note is protected. To view it just select the option View note. At this point, depending on the options we have previously chosen, we can unlock the note with the TouchID or with the previously entered password.
However, a locked fly will remain unlocked and visible to all. To protect it again, just click on thelock icon at the top right or click on the option Protect now on the main screen.
Finally, to completely remove the protection of a note, simply swipe left on the note in question and select the gray option with the padlock.
