Ok, you have decided to change yours iPhone, maybe you want to switch to a different model and for some reason you will have to change the account Apple and therefore do not have automatic synchronization of contacts, or maybe you take the big step towards Android and you are afraid of losing telephone contacts. Or, just to be safe, you wouldn't mind a "backup copy" of the phone numbers on your own SIM card… But how do you do it with iPhone?
There was a time, that of classic mobile phones, when when you turned on you were asked if you wanted contacts on SIM or on the phone and everyone knew the capacity of the phone card and the phone book. Today we take too much for granted and we have forgotten basic things like saving contacts on the SIM, a very useful operation in all the cases mentioned above and beyond.
So if you want to carry out this procedure, here are the steps to follow
Copy the phonebook from iPhone to SIM
To make a copy of backup of your contacts on SIM, what you have to do is connect to theApp Store and download the application Contacts Backup - IS Contacts Kit Free, free app that will be essential for this procedure. Once installed on the iPhone you can start and click on Export, making sure to check All Contacts, confirm with Next and select the contact export format; you can decide whether to export in Excel, Gmail, Outlook o VCard, select the latter and start the export procedure with Home.
Once this is done, the file obtained must be sent to your own email address so that by reading the email you can download the file in vcf, opening it and selecting later from the option Added All Contacts to import them. If for some reason you shouldn't want to use this application there is another good free alternative, let's talk about Easy Backup, also available from the App Store and with a functioning very similar to that illustrated for Contacts Backup.
