It's a new day of challenge in Mario Kart Tour! One of those challenges is to get 10 achievements with Boomerangs! Like many challenges, this one depends on the driver you are using.
Mario Kart Tour - How to Land 10 Kicks with Boomerangs
The following pilots all have the Boomerang as a special ability:
- Larry
- Baby mario
- Baby Luigi
As you can see, the number of drivers is relatively limited. If you don't have any, you should check with the store to see if they can be bought for gold or if you really want to buy them, you can use them. Rubies to pull the pipe.
To make this challenge easier, you need to use Larry on Kalimari Desert R, and Baby Mario on Mario Circuit 1T, and Waluigi Pinball. You can also use Baby Luigi on Mansion R. They can get a Frenzy on these pieces, and if you're lucky and a Frenzy of your particular skill, you can just spam Boomerangs for a short time.
Even if you can't get the Frenzy, the increasing number of items they can get on these courses gives them a better chance of getting the Boomerang from an item box. It's a good idea to try and stay close to a group of drivers, as the Boomerang will spin around your kart and hit nearby enemies, allowing you to get multiple hits with the same Boomerang. As such, I would suggest the 150cc race, as riders tend to stick more together.
And that's all! You have all week to complete this challenge, as you don't need 10 achievements in the same race, which makes it easier.
