- We disconnect the adapter and reconnect it after 30 seconds
- We disconnect the camera / SD card and reconnect it after 30 seconds
- We restart our iPhone or iPad
- If possible, we test with a different camera / SD card. If the problem is with the previous SD card / camera it is recommended that you save the files to another device and perform a reset.
