Honor 6A - Our review

Compact, economical and equipped with Android 7.0, Honor 6A is one of the latest smartphones from home Honor, a device designed for those who do not want to spend too much money but who still do not give up on a simple and fluid user experience.

Neat but not original

Honor 6A is characterized by clean and rounded lines, but overall it is not particularly original, actually copying the aesthetics of other smartphones of the Chinese company.

Don't worry, this does not mean that Honor 6A has been given little attention. The terminal is made of plastic, while the back cover is in metal, so as to ensure good impact resistance.

The screen is instead a 5-inch IPS with HD resolution (1280 X 720 pixels), capable of behaving quite well even under the sun, at least when compared with other devices that belong to the same price range.

Battery: 3.020 mAh

Honor 6A comes with an eight-core Snapdragon 420 processor, accompanied by 2 GB of RAM and the Adreno 505 GPU, which guarantees good general fluidity, albeit with some occasional slowing down in the most agitated moments.

The connectivity options offered by the smartphone are more than discrete, despite the lack of NFC; Honor 6A makes up for it with its being though Dual SIM, as long as you sacrifice the slot for the microSD.

Excellent reception as well as the battery, which with its 3020 mAh it can take you to the end of the day without major problems.

The operating system of Honor 6A is Android 7.0 Nougat, accompanied by the EMUI 5.1. Nothing new then compared to the other Honor devices, on which we have already had the opportunity to test the multiwindow, the phone management app and the ability to customize the interface.

Camera

The main camera of this Honor 6A boasts a sensor from 13 megapixel with LED flash and autofocus that allows you to get shots more than discreet, provided, however, that you are in conditions of good brightness. The situation changes instead in the dark or in dim light, where obtaining photographs suitable to be shared on social networks becomes a little more difficult.

We can apply a similar argument to videos, with Full HD movies that they are sharp and stable when there is light, while they lose definition when the brightness becomes minimal.

Economical but reliable

[

In short, if you are looking for a device economical but reliable, Honor 6A, sold at a price of 169 Euros, is definitely for you.
