How to get a purple cure in Fortnite
To get your hands on the Purple Remedy style once it's available, you'll first need to reach the level 40 Battle Pass before you even begin the obtaining process. If you play Fortnite on a regular basis, you should already be over 40 or almost 40 by the time Purple Remedy was released. After reaching this milestone, you will need to complete the "Cure Against Toxin" mission objectives.
There are 9 goals in total to complete, and none of them should be too difficult. Here are the nine Cure Against Toxin goals:
- Visit different food trucks (3)
- Earn Survivor Silver Medals (3)
- Get the SMG eliminations (3)
- Search monument chests (7)
- Reach 100 health and shield points in different games (3)
- Deal damage with a Common, Uncommon, and Rare weapon in a single match (3)
- Deal damage to enemy structures (2500)
- Earn Weapon Specialist distinctions by dealing damage with weapons (5)
- Be the first to catch a fish, land first from the battle bus, or get an elimination first (1)
The first objective of the mission can be a bit tricky if you're not sure where to look, but luckily food trucks aren't too hard to find. One can be found north of Lazy Lake near where snow meets grass, another can be found north of Pleasant Park by a lodge, and a third can be found south of Salty Springs though you follow the road. The rest of the objectives should be pretty self-explanatory, and once you've got them all wrapped up you'll earn the Purple Remedy style once it's available. There is no firm release date yet, but expect to see it in Fortnite over the next few weeks.
