Fortnite's Love and War challenges can only be completed in a limited-time mode called Search and Destroy. The mode is very similar to CS: GO, with teams split between attacking and defending two bomb sites. Attackers must plant a bomb and protect it until it explodes, while defenders must prevent this from happening. Either party can win by eliminating the other team.
One of the challenges of the Love and War event is to earn gold in Search and Destroy matches. This is a two-stage challenge, the first stage being 2500 gold and the second stage is 25 gold.
Much like CS: GO, the mode also has its own economy. You can earn gold every turn. Whether you win or lose you will get gold, although winning a spin will result in more gold than you get if you lose.
As such, to complete this part of the challenges all you need to do is play the game mode. You can complete it faster if you win your turns because you will earn more gold each time.
