Facebook is constantly updated and it often happens that some functions are hidden or disabled. In this guide we will show you how see friend requests sent via Facebook and manage them in various ways. In fact, as you well know, friend requests on Facebook remain pending until the other person decides to accept or cancel them.
However, it happens that friend requests are sent by mistake or that you simply want to cancel the request. How to do in these cases? We explain it to you below.
The procedure indicated refers to that for desktop PCs but is also very similar on Android, iPhone, iPad and tablet.
See the friend requests received
First, let's see how to view all the friend requests received, that is, those requests you have pending with other people. To view them, go to the Facebook Home (click on the red text) via the Internet browser of your PC.
Then click the friend requests symbol at the top right (as in the picture) to open a drop-down menu with the latest requests you have received. Finally, at the bottom of this menu, click on "Show all":
At this point you will arrive on a page where you will see all the friend requests received, waiting for your confirmation or your cancellation. For confirm a friend request just click on the button "confirmation" in blue, otherwise click "Delete request":
Also by scrolling down, Facebook will also give you a list of people that "according to him" you might know, thus giving you the possibility to send them a friend request.
See friend requests sent
If, on the other hand, your purpose is to see friend requests sent (then outstanding) on Facebook, then follow the first part of the previous guide. So go to your Home, click on the friend requests icon, and then on "Show all".
At this point, as before, you will find yourself on a page with all the friend requests that you have not yet accepted. At the top, however, there is a link with it written "View the requests sent". Click on this writing:
You will now be directed to a page that contains all friend requests sent, but that they have not yet been accepted or eliminated. And you can also manage them by simply clicking on the box "Friend request sent":
Among the various options, there is also "Cancel request" to cancel the friend request sent to that person. Finally, you can return to the friend requests received by clicking again on the writing above "View the requests received".
