Dead by Daylight Switch is finally a reality, as Behavior Interactive and Nintendo unveiled their joint project on September 24. The game is now available on Nintendo eShop and other publications and retail stores. The classic horror multiplayer fan favorite comes in a new edition, with additional content, story elements and cosmetics. It also includes the new Stranger Things add-on and additional chapters from the original story.
Dead by Daylight Switch players will now have 10 survivors, 9 killers, and 3 additional cosmetic packs. The mind-blowing hunt between murderers and survivors has been adapted for the Nintendo Switch portable switch, giving it a thrill. Now this cat and mouse chase can be played in two modes; the player can play either as the survivor or the killer.
Survivor's playstyle provides the player with a third-person view and allows for teamwork with others. Survivors can join forces to outwit and kill killers, all while working alone. Playing as the Killer offers a first-person view, where players will only be focused on the kill. The Nintendo Switch version includes exclusive Trapper cosmetics and players who purchase either edition will be rewarded with an exclusive Trapper cosmetic pack. Players of the game are familiar with Trapper, as he is the iconic killer of the match. Mathieu Côté, Game Director and Head of the Behavior Interactive Partnership, said:
“We are incredibly happy and proud to launch Dead by Daylight on the Nintendo Switch. This is another way for us to place the game in as many hands as possible. It's also a great opportunity for our players to play the game they love, anywhere. I extend a warm welcome to the world of Entity to Switch users. The first few games will be tough, but hang in there… the victories to come will be worth it. "- Mathieu Côté, match director
