To create a PDF file we can start from a very simple Word document, an image or a simple web page.
HOW TO CREATE PDF

PDFCREATOR
The first program we are going to see is PDFCREATOR which you can download here:

In short, the program simulates a virtual printer, which instead of printing, does nothing but convert the file to pdf. Furthermore this program allows you to merge multiple text or image files, to create a single pdf, and also allows you to create a pdf file with password. Let's see how!
Install the program and start it, open your document for example in word with which we will get a PDF and click as if you were to print the document, but when you select the printer open the drop-down menu and select PDFCREATOR as you see in the image below!
Once PDFCreator is selected, click OK, a screen like the one below will open.
Set the following points as follows:
- Select the title of the document
- By clicking on Current Date, it will automatically set the current date of the document
- Set the author of the document
- Set the subject of the document
- If you need to add other images or other documents from thefferent files whether they are jpg, doc or other files, click on "queue", otherwise
- Click Save to proceed to create the PDF file.
Once you click on Save it will ask you with what name you want to save the file (as you can see in the image below), and your PDF will be created!
PRIMOPDF
Another great program is PRIMOPDF which allows you to create PDF with password.
The operation is always the same, choose a document, go to print, and this time select PRIMOPDF, after which a window like this will open:
This program, like PDFCREATOR, is in any languajes and allows you to create PDF with password, as well as many other functions, through the personalize voice. It is really comfortable and simple, and within everyone's reach! If you want to set the password on your PDF file just click on change next to PDF Security!
