Even iOS devices now, whether they are iPhone or iPad, are used a lot in the workplace. In fact, Apple itself advertises these devices above all on a professional level and in particular in the photographic and video editing one. However, a tool that a true professional cannot miss is the email box, essential for maintaining contact with various companies. In an e-mail it is obviously necessary to identify yourself in some way, perhaps adding a complete signature at the end of the written text. So today we will see how to add just this signature on iOS devices and then on iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch.
Add an automatic signature at the end of an email message
Obviously, the signature that we are going to add today will only appear within the iOS system app and for this reason, if you use a third party service for managing the mailboxes, you will not be able to find an answer in this article. Before starting we also encourage you to check that your device software is up to date to the latest version available and if not, update it from the system settings.
- Open the app "Settings" su iPhone, iPad o iPod Touch
- click “Mail”
- Go down to the bottom of the page
- Continue with "Company"
- Choose whether to use the same signature for "All accounts" or per single account
- Write the desired signature in the text box below
At this point, every time you go to write an email within the app “Mail” iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch, and use one of the accounts in which the signature has been added, the latter will appear automatically at the end of the message. We would like to clarify that the signatures are not synchronized between all devices via iCloud account and for this reason you will necessarily have to repeat the same operation on all the devices in your possession.
