Bloodborne is one of the highest rated PlayStation exclusives of all time. Despite being a Soulsborne game, which has a niche fan base, the game gained wide acclaim and introduced the Soulsborne franchise to many players.
Various rumors suggest that a Bloodborne PC port is on the way. It was revealed earlier this year that the port is in development and it looks like we finally have more information on it. Here's everything we know about the game so far.
What platforms will it be released on?
Bloodborne Remastered is slated for release on both PC and PlayStation 5.
When will the game be released?
At the moment, there is no concrete information on the game's release date but weaker and YouTuber Inquisition of PC games has suggested that it will be released on vacation 2020 alongside the PlayStation 5.
What is the current state of development?
According to the latest leak, the game is at a fairly advanced stage of development. A big play test took place in July and fixed most of the issues in the game and the online part is also working fine.
What frame rate will the game support?
From now on, the game would run pretty well at 60fps. However, frame rates above 60FPS are still a problem, so they will likely be capped at 60FPS.
Will players get a free upgrade to the PlayStation 5 version?
Sony has yet to decide whether Bloodborne PS4 owners will get a free upgrade to the PS5 Remastered version.
What does the remastered version include?
The game only gets a visual upgrade and there is no additional content compared to the base game.
